Welcome to Roman at Creek Harbour ("the site"), an independent community and information portal for Dubai Creek Harbour, operated by Roman Krimer, RERA registration/ORN No. 67761. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Roman at Creek Harbour is an independent broker-run information portal. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agent for Emaar Properties PJSC or any other master developer, unless a specific listing or article states otherwise. References to Emaar, tower names, and community names are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

2. The service

The site provides:

  • General information about Dubai Creek Harbour buildings, floor plans, and district map;
  • Market data, transaction summaries, and analytics compiled from public and third-party sources (e.g., DLD, RERA, Dubai Pulse);
  • News and guides related to the community;
  • A forum for residents, owners, and prospective buyers/tenants to discuss the community;
  • Tools to search, compare, and enquire about properties;
  • A contact channel to reach Roman Krimer directly for brokerage services.

3. No professional, financial, or legal advice

Content on this site — including market data, articles, FAQ answers, and forum posts — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Property values, rental yields, market trends, and similar figures are estimates based on available data at a point in time and may not reflect current conditions.

You should independently verify any information (including via the Dubai Land Department, RERA, or a licensed professional) before making a property, financial, or legal decision, and seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep building data, market statistics, and listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any information on the site is complete, current, or error-free. Details such as unit counts, availability, pricing, chiller-free status, and amenities can change without notice and should be confirmed directly with the relevant developer, owners' association, or the Dubai Land Department.

5. Brokerage services

Enquiring through this site does not, by itself, create a brokerage or agency relationship. Any brokerage services (buying, selling, renting, or leasing) are only provided once a separate, signed agreement (including any RERA-mandated forms, e.g., Form A/Form F where applicable) is in place between you and Roman Krimer or his registered brokerage.

6. Accounts

If you register for an account:

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential;
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account;
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Forum and user-generated content

By posting on the forum or submitting content (comments, reviews, messages) to the site, you agree that:

  • You will not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, or that discloses another person's private information without consent;
  • You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and moderate that content on the site;
  • We may remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content at our discretion, without obligation to do so, and without liability for content we do not remove;
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post; the site does not verify or endorse forum posts as fact.

8. Intellectual property

All site design, text, graphics, logos, the "Roman at Creek Harbour" name and emblem, and compiled data (excluding third-party and user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Roman at Creek Harbour and Roman Krimer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Reliance on any information, market data, or forum content published on the site;
  • Any transaction entered into with a third party referenced or contacted through the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory UAE law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roman at Creek Harbour and Roman Krimer from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or content you post.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
